I have a copperband in my tank which has only been in there for about 3 weeks. One of my older inhabitants is a sailfin tang. Over the past few days I've noticed these two extremely close and sometimes touching usually in a corner. It definitely appears that they have some form of relationship. In God knows how many years of keeping fish I've never seen this.

I have a melanurus wrasse and ornate wrasse that did their own thing in QT but are almost inseparable in the DT

I have two Helfrichi firefish that were really good buddies. Then a Yellow Coris wrasse came between them, and I caught the wrasse and a firefish rubbing up on each other and hanging out. The other firefish got jealous and they broke up what they had going on. Now the wrasse is no longer interested in anything other than searching for snacks so I've got three single fish that are just friends now. Homewrecker

Purple tAng and foxface for me...

I laughed a little too much....

My valentini puffer was always hanging out and sleeping in the same corner of my tank with my foxface. Then he passed away :(

Coral Beauty and Clowns. I think the Coral Beauty hangs around for Clown eggs.

This is awesome. Like I said I don't think I've ever had this before. The sailfin will swim from the other side of the tank to press up against the copperband.
Love the stories!

I had an orange back fairy wrasse and a fire fish that slept in the same, small, artificial barnacle for years until we moved and I unloaded all my stock except my clowns and the wrasse.
