They seem to be some sort of people eater, they have the green slit for a mouth. Little background on these. The whole rock was 90% dead at the LFS. I offered 15 bucks for it and got it. Turned out to be Dazzy daze or Pink panthers and then these guys. They glow incadescent peach with the actinic lights on. They are very small, no larger than a pencil eraser, but at the time of purchase they were the size of pinheads.

Wow those are cool! Can't say I ever saw these before.

How long you had them?

PS. Frag List Please!! :D

I think i have had them for about 2 months or so. There is only maybe 8 new polyps but they are continuing to get a little larger with each passing week. You really had to see this thing though, i wasnt kidding it has fungus and everything on it, i'm really pleased with the progress. I definately will frag these once a few more pop out.

I want in so put me behind the Rev.......Those are really cool looking I like the purple center....

they should turn pink/reddish orange like the AOG and some other goofy named polyp- armageddon or something pretty close to that. The purple is from high nutrient and lower light source. Either way they are nice and it will be interesting too see how they change over the next six months in an aquarium.

Its really not possible its from low light source, they are 8 inches under t5 lighting. They are my highest sitting palys, alongside my all purple colony.
Will be fun to see if they chane any more, they were at the lfs for several months under mh and only been in my better lit system for a couple months.

I'll be more than willing to share when get these puppies to grow out. It's gonna take some time but patience is a good thing to have in this hobby.
