Have Zoa question

Just got my zoas 2 weeks ago my first Coral, it started to grow new heads I guess you would call it now this morning 2 heads are like this closed up and didn't open up. Is this normal?

Yes. Some time it takes a little time to open. My one colony is a barometer for my tank. The second something is off they do not open. When other zoos in my tank are open.
 
Ok good to know my other ones opened right away so new to this any change or something that is different i get worried

Yup the one was still closed when I got home found a dead turbo snail did a water change wasn't even finished adding water he opened up
 
Yeah, normal. Your aquarium looks young and they must felt the differences (light, water chemistry) when they came into your system...

Yea been doing good since now my hammer Coral is being stubborn I also think I'm being a little paranoid being its my first salt water tank
 
Take it easy with the lights too!
Make sure you don't have too much algae in the tank/glasses..
Keep parameters stable..
