Having a hard time calibrating my versa pump / Avast K2

Can't figure out why my output from the Avast Kalk Stirrer is inconsistent. I've tried changing to ro line with a siphon break and the results is the same. It's driving me nuts! Both the Versa pump and Avast K2 are brand new. Help!

What is the dosing rate? if it is too slow, the saturated kalk kind of "builds up" in the outflow tube until it has enough mass to flow down.

I doubt the versa is varying it's speed.

what do you mean when you say output? the amount of fluid dripping from the avast output line?

Sometimes it will dose 35-45 ML instead of 30 ML.

How are you measuring? I thought it was continuously dosing?
