Having a nightmere with Weinuo 1/10 HP chiller

IM Having a nightmare with the Chinese Weinuo 1/10 HP chiller (WN-1C160AN). Local dealer replaced one already. Both are off by 10 °C degrees and show error signs that are nor mentioned in the manual that seem to be written in Pigeon english or translated with Google. Emails to to the company were futile: resulted in answers from a bot called Daisy that recomended " turn it off and disconnect...." I am not only releasing steam but asking maybe there exist a real PDF manual that can help deal with calibrating their enigmatic controller.

Here is an example: According to this chiller my tank has covid-19. Tank temp is actually 24.5°C
