Having an issue

I just started to cycle my tank 2 weeks ago and it seams to be loosing (evaporating) water quicker then expected..... is this normal? Anything I can do to stop it?

Thats normal you just have to topoff with ro water only. During the winter when the air is drier it will evaporate more.

My system loses about 2 gallons a day. I have a 30 gallon display and a 20 gallon sump. It's a rimless setup so I lose water faster. How much water are you losing?

I agree with mike, you can keep toping off with RODI water. Not sure if you know but salt won't evaporate so you only need to add fresh water. I'm looking at getting an auto top off so I don't have to do as much work.
