So I'm not brand new buy am a little newer to the techy side of owning saltwater. So the problem my coralline is starting to either die or is bleaching out in random spots. My parameters are good, temps fine, and flow is ok. Only thing I can think of is my lighting but I have had the same lighting the entire time. Tank has been established for a year now. For lighting I have a single bright 48" led if 15 white 10 royal blue and 3 color enhachers along with a 36" coriline t5 10000k and acitic bulbs to get light to everything remember both lights have been running entire time and only run 7 to 8 hours a day

Welcome to Reef2Reef. What size tank do you have? The single bright LED isn't really considered a saltwater light. So, two T5 lights might not be cutting it. When you say, "parameters are good", what is your alkalinity reading? Why only 7 - 8 hours for lights? IMO 9 hours is about the minimum amount of light. Your coralline algae problem is either not enough light or most likely low alkalinity.

Welcome aboard.

75 gal tank. Such short photo time because that what I thought was causing it was to much light none of my corals are having any problems and that's y I'm stumped the alkalinity is at a nine I just got done dosing because the to water is so low in pH I have to dose

Top off water should not affect the tank's alkalinity level. What kind and how many corals do you have? I can't see your lighting supporting light loving corals, especially at deep depths. If your alkalinity drops below 7 there are problems. Water change schedule?

That's when my all drops is during my water changes I am heading home in about two hours I will take pictures and post them then. I have zoas at all depths and doing good frogspawn towards the top of tank hammer in mid range ricordia that won't attach to anything Xenia top fuzzy mushrooms from low to top

I do a fourty gal water change once a month and five gal every Sunday the only time all drops is during fourty gal change and I dose right away with pH buffer to bring up
