I have a classic apex head unit. I need to log into the classic home page to recalibrate my salinity probe. The connection times out. I reset my modem and router and reset the Apex head unit. No luck logging into the page. Did Neptune take this down? Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I have no problem logging in. Were you able to log in before? It can be that the Ip address changed, and you need to discover the new address

Yes I’ve logged in before. How do you discover the new address? I’ve used the same address since I set up the system? Thanks

No I don’t. I have access to Apex Fusion on phone and PC.

Usually it will show up on the display module, since you don’t have that, you need to download the desktop app “Apex” on your PC and there’s a “search for Controllers” option which allows you to find the IO address of all controllers under the same Wi-Fi. That’s what I always use (I don’t have display module)

Well for some reason I was able to log into the classic page. Don’t know why I had this issue but I do know from an email from Neptune support that my firmware is not up to date. Might need to update and that is a whole other process. Maybe it’s time to get a new updated head unit as maybe this is a sign things are going south. Thanks everyone for your help
