Having trouble ramping kessils

Hey guys I'm new to reef keeping and am having some trouble with my kessils. I have daisy chained three lights together and am using the apex classic to control them. I'm using vrspd 1 and 2 and even though the kessils have been programmed to ramp they always just turn on to 100% intensity and color. My intensity program is as follows
Set OFF
If Time 08:00 to 12:00 Then K_IntRise
If Time 12:01 to 16:59 Then Int_Dayl
If Time 17:00 to 21:00 Then K_IntSet

My color program is
Set OFF
If Time 08:00 to 11:00 Then KessilDawn
If Time 11:01 to 17:59 Then ColorDay
If Time 18:00 to 21:00 Then KessilDusk

I really appreciate any help

Welcome to R2R! Fusion does make it alloy easier to program.

look on youtube, there is a video from BRS and they did a very good job on how to ramp the Kessils. I have not tried the fusion to do it but these guys ^ say it is good, I believe them

I'm not sure what you mean by web interface but I have been using fusion. My programming is actually based of that video from brs. I'm just so confused becuse no matter how many times I program it it seems like the lights ignore it.

Go up to the top left hand corner where your tank name is. that will have a drop down and at the bottom of the drop down is Summary

I've watched this video and replicated it before but every time it seems like the kessils don't ramp. I know the actual lights are working and I've programmed it properly I'm starting to wonder if the control cable is working.

Did you make the cable or buy the cable? You can have it ramp for like 5-10 mins and it shows right away....
Also, did you put the outlet to "auto" instead of just on ? The power/ac adapter can be connected to any outlet btw.

I bought the cable, I've been using it on auto and it shows percentages but doesn't actually change and I have the kessils actual plugged in the E8 bar

If I were you, I would call or email Kessil. They are great in term of customer service.

Just curious what are your profiles for Int_Dayl and colorDay like?

Int_Dayl has 1 ramp time and is set at 75% intensity and ColorDay is 1 ramp time and 90 percent color
