Having trouble with Apex BoB.

I have my BoB connected to my PM2. I’m trying to connect an electrical keyed switch to it. I also have an illuminated toggle switch connected to the BoB. Tonight when I went to connect the keyed switch up I noticed the toggle switch was illuminated on the tip which meant it was getting power from the box. I opened up Fusion on my iPhone and the tile for the toggle switch had the slider to closed. This is correct. I then flipped the toggle switch to off and the illuminated tip light turned off and the slider on the toggle switch tile went to open. Then I connected the keyed switch to the box and couldn’t get any response. I tried the toggle switch and can get the illuminated tip light to turn off and on by flipping the toggle switch but the Fusion tile no longer responds to changes even when I wait a long time between switch positions. I checked all cable connections several times. My door switch works on a different BoB. The cabinet light turns on when I open the door and off when I close it. The status light on the PM2 is on and the EB8 where the PM2’s AquaBus cable is connected works well. I also tried all this in the Apex Local app.

I did these two things and it worked again but just one time: I pulled out the AquaBus cable from the EB8 and plugged it in to the same EB8 but a different port, and I added a line of code to the cabinet light channel that says when the toggle switch is closed, turn on the cabinet light.

This all only worked once.
