Ordered some phyto, 5280 pods and they kicked in free live brine shrimp for the wife's tank this week. I got notification they dilevered and dropped the package on my front porch. Strange, like most people I only have 1 front porch. No package and no card. Called and placed on hold. I gave up the hold process after 30 minutes. So I drove to the other side of town to stand in a 30 minute line at the post office yesterday to discover the put it in the wrong mail truck. Yep, delivered to the other side of town to the "wrong" front porch. I asked why they even delivered it since it is clearly marked as live animals in 30 degree weather. The response was....oh, ya, they shouldn't have....well Duh! They told me the driver will be dispatched out to get my package and drop it at my house in a couple of hours. Ya, that was last night, no package. Guess where I am now? Yep in front of the post office waiting on them to open. Thank goodness it wasn't fish or corals, but still this causes me to jump through hoops that I didn't expect to jump through. 2 days shipping and dropped at the wrong house, what are the odds of everything surviving? I know slim if nobody took the package in since the temp dipped down in the teens. Thanks USPS!
Thanks for letting me vent team, I feel better!
