Thought some would find this helpful.

I bought this Visor magnifier, and found that it helps see as much as 12 inches into my tank. It is the DA-3 optiVISOR. It also helps when I'm inspecting corals fargs, and anything I need to get a closer look of. 1.75 magnification, with other magnifications available.

Great idea!

This is not cheap, at $40, but it has the glass lens. Acrylic lenses are available at approximately $30. I was surprised when I peered into the tank how well and far I could see.

Very useful tool.

I use this one. Not too expensive.
It comes with multiple lenses and an aimable LED light on the front.

@Pongo Now that looks impressive.

I use the one you posted at work when doing more intricate suturing or removing sutures.
But then at work I've got very powerful overhead lighting.
