Head pressure

Ok, but I also don't see a need to turn down the main pump for feeding either.

Not arguing... again, one of those things I never would have given a second thought to until actually using it, but having used it, I do appreciate the utility now.

@Want2BS8ed - that is a heck of an elevator pitch. I'd probably buy one just based on that if I had a need :)

I do like 'em ;)

The Sicce Syncra SDC 9.0’s has have are rated for 23’ of head pressure and I love mine.

Do they maintain their pressure well? They weren't out yet when I set my tank up. Have always liked my Sicce AC pumps.

I have 2 running on my 240 at 57% with 9 feet of head pressure and I feel if I turn it up any more I’ll be blasting my tank. My return plumbing is 1-1/4” pvc with 1-1/2” pvc drains so I think that takes away some of the friction loss too. I’m very happy with mine.

It seems everyone is pretty much going with the Abyzz pumps on this one. I may have to reconfigure my sump location and plumbing on this to lower the head high a little. Maybe remove a couple 90s or something.
