Hey guys, I know this is mildly off-topic, but I’ve been having some major issues with headaches and sometimes migraines from LED tank lighting. My home tank only gives me issues while we are doing maintenance, moving frags, etc. Times that the lid is being open and shut. My main issue is that when I go to the aquarium stores around me, I always have a huge headache and am nauseous by the time I get home.
Does anyone else have this issue? Am I just crazy? Any tips or suggestions would be amazing!
Thank you,
Erin

It's possible the pwm used w/ LEDs can be messing w/ your brain..

So can other types of lighting.

I don't get a headache, but I definitely think I'm sensitive to LED lighting.

The fixture I had is stated to have no disco effect, but I could perceive color separation that bothered me. I tried to minimize surface agitation as much as I could, but could still see it. Tried numerous settings, but could still see it. Got tired of messing with it so I switched out to T5, supplemented with an LED bar.

Tail lights on a Cadillac also bother me, they jump around in my vision.
