Healing Power-head Injury

Yesterday I found my goby stuck himself way into my nero 5 power-head. He was eating just fine a few hours before. Apparently this pump has a reputation for sucking in healthy fish. I managed to get him unstuck, but he is having trouble swimming. I set up a 20 gallon hospital tank for him with PVC and media that had been in the back of my main tank for a few months. He has survived the night but so far is only resting on the bottom of the tank. What medication should I use to treat him? Should I be running carbon with it being a physical injury?

There's a couple of meds you can use to treat injury:

Methylene Blue is an old tried and true med for cuts, burns, etc.
Ruby Reef Rally has both antiseptic and antibiotic qualities.

Both are best used in a bath.
