Health cheato ?

Hello everyone!
my tank is 4.5 months old.
I've been in the since 2007 , but never worked with refugium.
My cheato is powered by kessil 160 , and been growing pretty fast.
in last 2 weeks it became very thick and its density got really strong .
I don't if it is normal.... what is your advice ?
