healthy manderin dragonet?

just wanted to see if my 4 month manderin dragonet looks healthy, especially if he looks “thick” enough
and does anyone know if the fins on manderins are normally “rough”

Fins do look rough. I'm kinda praying it's not in the '15 gallon reef' unless you're supplementing with a lot of pods

yes he is in the 15 gallon
I use to grow copepods and I always see some like everywhere but, he eats frozen food, I turn off all frozen food and feed in the same corner everyday but I posted this to see if he looked healthy because I always want to make sure I am doing things right lol
