Healthy or dying sps

I just get into sps these days. I wander how to know whether my sps are doing great or they are at the edge of dying ? The first picture was when I first introduced into my tank while the second one is quite awhile.

Still fairly hard to tell. It looks alive, but not thriving. Goggle thriving sps and compare yours to that.

The color tends to be very light blue since I bought.
 
Do you have any other sps? What kind of lights, parameters,flow is the tank new? It looks bleached to me possibly from lights. Did you acclimate at the bottom of tank?
