Healthy tortosa?

I'm not sure if this is a healthy polyp extension or what's going on here. I mean it almost looks like some sort of a worm growing out of it or a hydroid or something. What are you guys think?

Nope not at all it lives in an aquarium. Kind of looks like a spionid worm antennae however.
