Are there different types of heat packs other than 24hr, 48hr?

I'm shipping overnight FedEx today ...a red planet frag to ny... wonder if this 48hr pack would be too hot for a small 7.5" cube insulated box?

Heat Pack I'm using is 48hr and like 5x6" size. Are there smaller size ones?
Thx

When I shipped a lot in the past, I always used the 40-48 hour packs. I had good luck LIGHTLY wrapping them in a piece of paper and filling the cooler with packing peanuts around the bag(s) with the corals and then set the heat pack on top and you should be set

+1 i use paper towels in between the bag the coral is in and the heat pack. Most heat packs get to about the same max temp. they just differ on how long they produce heat. keeping the heat pack on top allows most of the heat to rise away from the bag. the paper keeps it insulated from direct heat contact with the bag.

I forgot to add, that when the heat packs get wet, the stop producing heat, so make sure to triple bag the coral so nothing leaks.

One other thing I learned the hard way is to make sure the heat pack is producing heat BEFORE you put it in the shipping container. I assumed it would one time and it came back to bite me to the tune of 10 expensive frags

Thx. . So they only come in set physical dimensions. ...? Seems huge for a small box! Wish it were small like a tea bag.

Walmart has them. They will have 10 hour and 24 hour, sometimes 18. But they are hand Warmers and get hit very fast and seem much warmer than shipping Warmers.
Hear packs are tough to judge this time of year, warm during the day and cool at night..
Where are you shipping to?
