I was reading some other threads as I struggle with Aptasia. I find the best result is multiple approaches.

I have 200 gl FOWLR

Apastia X...you have to inject it in the mouth, but also cover the entire animal, if not then simply release cells and the infestation can get worse.
I rotate my live rock and leave them in the sun for about two week
Predators, regardless of which fish, shrimp or nudi, some simply don't have a taste for, or my file fish eats well enough, he doesn't really eat.

Typically, it is the infestation in my pluming that perpetuates the issue.

I was reading reading the temperature which apparently causes the animal to release. What wasn't clear is if the heat kills them or simply gets them swimming. Has anyone tried raising the temp of your water?

We've put selective pressure on them -- in effect, forced their evolution -- to withstand chemical attacks, wide temperature variations, and forced physical removal. Any temperature hot enough to fry the hardy aiptasia survivors in your tank is also likely to kill everything else.

If you don't want to continue Aiptasia X, or bother with berghia nudibranchs, I'd suggest that you inject the beasts with hot/boiling water, as suggested by @Tamberav.

chloroquine phosphate can nuke a FOWLR of them but… difficult to attain since COVID

The nudis are quick snacks for my triggers as are Peppermint shrimp. Display stays fairly clear, but over, sump and plumbing they thrive
