Heater Magnetic Mounts?

Anyone have any experience with magnetic replacement mounts for heaters? I'm specifically looking for something for Eheim heaters, and I've ran across the Zoomed "variety pack" and the Ultralife Mag-tastic holders.

Obviously this is a low-grade sort of equipment need, but if someone's used them and has opinions about the durability of the epoxy coating and how well they'll fit Eheim's heaters, that would be welcome.

Made my own out of magnets from KJ and PVC T fittings. Worked great for vertically oriented EBJ heaters.
