I have a 200w Jager heater on my 100 gal tank. I cannot get the water temp over 76*. With my sump, I probably have around 120-125gal total water volume.Should I get a larger heater or add another heater? If another heater is needed, would you think a 100w would do it??

Add another heater. It's better to have redundancy. If one fails off, your tank won't freeze. If one fails on, it won't boil your tank. Not sure on the wattage, but that sounds about right- 300 total.

I agree use two heaters.. Another 100 wont do it, I would do another 200.. I run 300 watts on my 75.
