Heater Mount?

I got fiji cube sump that I am leak testing now. In the middle chamber is has this bracket that I believe is for a heater, correct? How do you actually mount the heater to it? Almost looks like a band or something you put in the notches on the top and bottom.

You put one or two heaters in and use the notches for rubber o-ring (most likely provided) to hold them in place.

That was my thought, but didn't see any o ring. Maybe I tossed it... no worry in the o ring melting?

Heater holders.
Silicone o-rings will not melt at that temperature, specially when submerge, it will eventually becomes brittle though.
