Get 2 heaters and a heater controller. I wouldn't run a tank without it.

Find out your running temp with all pumps on but not lights. If within a few degrees of desired temp, probably 2x25W. If the lights put you a little over, a small clip on fan. In South Florida my heaters rarely kick on and had to add a sump fan to drop it 3 degrees.
