Ok i've decided to go with the Eheim Jager Heater. My question is do i go with one or two. If one what wattage and if i go with 2 what wattages should they be?

I have a 120 dual overflow tank with a Trigger Systems 36" sump. Also would they both go in sump one on one as backup? Or one in sump and one in tank?

and if it's get really cold and one can't do the job a second one will come on to help out.
Having them hooked up on some kind of controller like a APEX will or can save you lots of headaches.

Having a controller is a good thing. The thermostats on heaters tend to be inaccurate and tend to malfunction sometimes with catastrophic results.

Second everyone else's opinion. 2 heaters for safety and controller is best. If you don't have a controller, monitor your heat by more then just one method.
