What kind of heater do I need for a 100 gallon tank and a 40 gallon sump

Couple of 300w. I say two in case one breaks.

Assuming this is in a heated room at around 68 or so.....two 250/300 W should do it......and ideally connected to a controller. I really like Eheim Jager's, but make sure they fit because they are long.
