I usually use Jagers or Marineland Visitherms. Give the Marineland a try. Of course anything with an actual controller will be better, but depends how much you want to spend.
I feel that most heaters are roughly the same in quality and any one of them can go off. I would recommend almost any heater as long as you have a controller.
