Thanks everyone for the help and recommendations. I ended going with two 75w Eheim Jagers, which fit in my sump. They are great quality, but oh my lord the calibration thing is ridiculous

Well at least they provide the ability to calibrate them. I don't think that any other heaters with internal controllers even have the option to adjust them. Good heaters, good choice.
