So here's my water station idea. Weekend project. I'm gonna pick up one of these and see if it will hold 20 gallons of water safely. Than I'm gonna try and put a bulkhead in the front down low. I want to build a shelf that will hold 3 of these brute trash cans side by side. Rodi, kalk, saltwater. Kalk and salt have bulkheads with ball valve drains. I want to be able to fill my 5 gallon jugs easily from the drains. Since I have to move the water upstairs. I'll put a pump in the first one get fresh Rodi into the mixing stations. Mixing ones will have my old koralia ' s in them to mix salt or the kalk. Sounds like a good plan if the brutes are sturdy enough!

Sounds like a great plan. My only concern is the plastic leaching! I had issues using the large brute trash cans.

Check for the food grade stamp on the can. 1,3,4,5 are all good but 1 and 3 are best. (From what I've read )

So I'm sitting here watching these poor clowns just wander around looking for a nice soft spot 2 chill. Ugh. Do I get a BTA just cause I have clowns? Hahah. Maybe just a torch and call it a day? Lol. My girl wants something that sways in the tank. Me I could care less but I feel bad for my clowns. Hahahha

Pretty sure the exquisite is a female it's kinda small and colors are a bit dull. We shall fatten it up!

Hahah. When I buy the house hopefully in the fall I'll decide on what I can do! I've spent way to much money this month.... probably 1500 ish I lost track but yes yes yes much better tank. I'm thinking custom 5' by 30 wide by 20 tall peninsula something with a fish room. I may cut this 110g down into a frag tank at that point. Or I may find someone to donate it 2 actually. Idk. I need starfire glass and rimless no matter what. I see your accumulating more stuff for your new tank! Lol. That torch is for my girl she likes the lps stuff she wants a brainy looking thingy also! We call them hammers. #reefaddiction

This stupid torch is making me crazy. I moved it around for like 2 hours today trying to find a spot in good light with low flow in my tank and I just can't find a home lol. #spstank #lpsnot4me

I lost my torch with higher waterflow in the tank. I had it for 3 years and it had 3 HUGE double head stalks. It took only 1 night to do it in. Maybe an outside corner area of the tank?
