Set the second 50 W to 77?

That won't work, assuming primary is meant to control. The secondary must be set higher.
Jekyls secondary will shut off at 77, primary stays on. So secondary is actually controlling.

I’m going to save myself the headache and run to the store and buy a 150w ehiem heater. Next delivery date isn’t until April 30th for Amazon. Thankfully petsmart is 3 minutes away from my house .

I run 2 large heaters capable of taking care of my tank on their own. My primary heater keeps temp between 77 and 78. My second heater is only used if the primary fails. To keep my tank from going below 76.

What are the wattages? What two wattages should I buy for this 20gal ? Should I leave this primary 150 W and add 50 W or go with the same another 150 W ?

I would use same size.
