Hi folks, It is cold up here in the north. I see lots of folks talking about
keeping their tanks cool, what i need to know is how would i keep 350g at
78-80 degrees??

Well my first answer would be heaters of course... But you are probably looking for more info than that

I would look into a couple large heaters around the 300-500 watt or larger. Stagger their thermostats or use a temp controller (or aquarium controller) to control when they come on for more accuracy.
