Heavy in heavy out

Anyone feed a specific amount of reef roids or any other coral food and balance out the no3 and po4 using a chemical? Do coral grow faster?

I do heavy in heavy out using a refugium. Imo there is no reason feed more food than your refuge can handle. A lot of reefers let the lights, fish food and poop do the feeding of coral.

I don't specifically feed the coral, I just feed the fish well.

I actually only feed Reef Roids/Reef Chili when the nutrients drop, dosing just enough to make sure I don't need to use chemicals. I really don't notice any difference when I do feed though.
