Heavy moisture inside Phosphate Minus container

Is it normal to observe heavy moisture / condensation water droplets inside a Phosphate Minus container? (on the secondary white push cover and inside walls) I don't recall seeing them first time opening it but subsequent use, noticed enough amount to make me wonder.

Container kept closed shut after each use. Is the media still good to use?
