Height of Return Section

Ok things are settling down here a bit but again
My height of my first two sections the water level are equal but my middle section or where the return pump sits the water level is about 4 inches below. How can I make this higher ( the noise is driving me nuts) I'm running a Waveline return pump at about 500 GPH is this too high?

Put more water in it.

Into the return section only I presume? I did bring the water level up by increasing pump output but thanks I would like it a little higher

It doesn't matter what section you put it in, put more water in the tank and the return section level will climb.
