Helfrichi Fire Fish Flashing for months

Hello everyone,
I have had my 30L up for about a year, which was a changeover from my 10 gallon I had for a year. So... some of the biology in the tank is approximately 2 years.
I have a firefish that has flashed multiple times a day (substrate flashing) for like 7 months. Literally since day one. Nothing else in the tank flashes. If no other symptoms have ever come up what could it be. She sleeps in a real tight cave she wiggles into... I dunno. Could I have ick and not know it.... could it be lurking like a ticking time bomb?
When I upgrade to my 105 I am getting a yellow tang and now I’m concerned.

We have a small school of scissortails dartfish, which are very similar and ours do the same. I take it as a way for them to stir up potential edible debris. Nothing to worry about and kinda cool to watch.

man I hope that’s all. Thanks! I’ll sleep better. It doesn’t bother me now because all inhabitants are super healthy, but I’m already worried about a fish I don’t have yet;Woot

My dartfish pair do the same. And the firefish hangs with them in their den.
