Helio PCT heater controller questions

Hey R2R and IM.
I have a question regarting the PTC Helio controller.
I know you can change the preset heating and alarms for both high and low. but how low can it go?

I need to high to be 74F and the low to 69 with a running temp of 72. 72.5 will this work on the heater controller?

The Helio controller has a low range alarm between 57-93F and high range alarm between 60-96F.
