I have a few never had any issues. I always tilt and move the rock around in the water befor placing it down. You can alway just reach in a grab it and flip it a few times
Thanks for the response.i have glued all my rocks so I can't flip or move them around.
No I am not injecting air into a powered. Do you think I should do anything before adding fish. My cycle is nearly over.
I did get air bubbles like that right after setting up my tank for the first time but they went away after a few days. Do you think you can remove them with your fingers and see if they come back?
Thanks chris/Brian.
I will change things around and see what happens. It is only a 30 gallon tank. I plan just a couple of corals and a couple of very small fish. Only doing it for the kids. I had a 90 gallon before many years ago until i moved. My daughter wanted a fish tank but could not bare to look at a freshwater tank. So I thought I would do this. She has help do a lot. Thanks all and I will try changing flow around.
Take a turkey baster or similar, squeeze all the air out of the bulb, and stick it under that rock. Release the bulb and try to suck up the trapped air. Done!
