Welcome! So sorry for the rough start. It is usually the first year or two that has ups and downs. Try to hang in there since stability will come, and it seems that you have succeeded through lots of obstacles already! 
In case you aren’t aware of this, All For Reef will not show changes to alkalinity for up to 3 days, so don’t move to fast changing your dosing. It’s more important to move slow than making lots of changes since stability is less harmful than radical ups and downs.
