I have been reef keeping for over 12 years.
Just took a hammer and chisel to my reef to get some overgrown acroporas out....

It's funny that when you buy a 1" frag, you never expect it to become huge pieces of live rock in your lifetime.
Am I getting old?

Welcome to R2R my friend! Please take time and share your knowledge and experience with the community!

My tank is a 120 with a refugium.

I will do a thread on my tank as soon as I have time and will post pictures.
At this time I am thinning out corals that look ridiculously to big for a 120.
I just cut all the dead areas off the bottoms of my acroporas to get them back down into the tank.
I removed about a softball sized chunk from all of them and then split them up. I have a lot of frags. All from the same coral.
I don't know what to do with them. I don't have room....
I need to get a frag tank set up ASAP.
The tank is going to need some time to recover then I will get some pictures up.

Welcome to R2R!

Welcome to R2R. I found this to be the best place to meet and interact with fellow reafers on the net. As far as not knowing what to do with all those frags............. well there are plenty of people who would love to purchase what you have. Good luck and share you knowlege!!!!!!!

Well I took some shots of the tank but they are pretty bad.
The LEDs make it hard to get a good picture.

Thanks.
I got to figure out how to take pictures with these LEDs they are too bright. When you take a picture they look like blue and white stripes and the shimmer makes the picture blurry. It looks like normal metal halides when you take a video or in person. you can't tell they are LEDs.

Welcome to R2R! Hope you enjoy the site!
