Hello guys and gals, my name is Mike and I have been keeping saltwater fish for the past 10 years or so. Decided this past year that I would get into the reefing hobby so I have started to search around the web for lots of ideas and inspiration. I came across this site a couple months ago and have loved reading everything I can, so I now decided to make an account. Only took me about 4 months... busy busy. Anyways, I decided I was bored of just taking care of fish and I also had a friend of mine that inspired me to start reefing. I have had a few tanks over the years including a 45 gallon and 75 gallon but have only done fish, and had no experience with sumps and everything else that comes along with reefing. Set up a small 15 gallon tank and did a little experiment with drilling and making a sump and so far so good. I have about 8 corals or so in there and they are doing great. I also have a 120 gallon tank that has been set up for the past few months, and just been cycling and what not. Moved all my fish over to it once I broke down the 75 gallon. I will be sure to get some pics up and am ALWAYS open to suggestions or whatever else you might want to add, don't be shy! So to stop rambling, I just wanted to say hi to everyone, and I am excited to learn more about this awesome hobby :rockon:
