Hello guys!

I'm new to the hobby and loving everything I'm learning so far

I've started off with a 15 gallon nanocube, I have around 4 kilo of live rock with a 2-3 inch ground coral bed.

I'm still cycling the tank which is going well, my aim is to have a beautifully coloured coral reef tank (hard work I know) but I'm looking forward to the challenge.

Not 100% sure on fish yet, hard to find something compatible with the size tank.

I'll keep you up to date on how I get on

If anyone can recommend the best lighting for my tank which is only 40cm wide that would be great

Welcome Lee. I'm liking your rockwork. There are plenty of "nano" fish that would work in that tank. Unfortunately I'm not a nano person and can't offer too much in fish selection, but LiveAquaria has two pages just with "nano" fish HERE.

With your use of gallons, kilos, centimeters and spelling of coluor (color here in the States), I'm assuming you're from the UK?

Again welcome, you've found a great site with R2R.

Look up the Wavepoint Blade for lighting. There are two sizes and the larger one may work for you.

Welcome to R2R patient and stability is key . Happy reefing lots of great folks here if you need help

Ha! Yes I'm from the UK I thought gallons was an American thing I'd normally use Litres, but it seems everyone uses it to measure tank size.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction on "nano" tanks ✌️
