Appreciate it, yeah I think I did well I used to have a 90gallon but I went with quality in parts of quality in gallons this time I went with high end equipment that my old tank didn't have.Hi, Euphylliafamily, from a fellow Nutmegger! (Down west, in Norwalk)
That is a brilliant gem of a tank! A bit of color, a bit of movement - Euphyllias, Acans and the weaving and bobbing of a pair of clowns will transform that into a hypnotic little oasis, I think...

Diatoms will usually fade away on their own in new tanks ... my guess is that they'll do the same again in yours. May be unattractive for a while . . .
You could try adding some of those creatures which feed on diatoms, but make sure they'll still have something to eat when the diatoms vanish.
