Hello everyone! I am new to reefing and decided to start since I had a 5 gallon laying around. I have been doing freshwater for 15+ years. Little did I know that keeping a nano saltwater was much more tedious than a freshwater planted tank. The tank is a Marineland portrait. Lighting is a Macegrow LED from Amazon. It has a Hydor Pico Evo-Mag 180 powerhead. It has about 5lbs of live rock, and 6lbs of live sand about 2inches deep. Has been through its cycle and now is home to a clown, green bubble tip anemone, 3 nassarius snails, and a hermit crab. Since it has been established I been doing weekly water changes of 1-2gallons with a top off of RO water about midway through the week for the evaporation loss. I have learned a ton from this site and decided it was time to become a member. Thanks in advance since I'm sure I'll have questions arise.
