Hello all my name is Ricky I am new to saltwater. I have had fresh water tanks my whole life. I always want to do saltwater So my son and I decided to get a tank and start. My son is 13 and wants to be a marine biologist when he get older. So I picked up a 180 reef ready tank with a 125 gal sump. I am so excited to get this up and running. Here is my tank so far.

That's great you are doing this with/for your son... extra motivation and more leverage for spending justifications! :D

125g Sump for a 180g tank?!? Dayyyyyyummmm that's huuuche!
