Hi everyone,

I found this forum community through a post shared on Facebook and then I spent sometime reading some of the very informative threads and the friendly atmosphere made me comfortable and curious enough to join in.

I am a Portuguese guy living in Bangkok and love the hobby as well. My first saltwater tank was a 200g tank back in the 90's, then life took a spin and I spent about 10 years just dreaming of having a saltwater tank again.

Last year that dream came true and I am trying to learn the ropes again (the old and the new ones!) and here I am with my 150g reef tank. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome.

Here a pic of my tank taken just minutes ago:

Thank you very much for the very kind words, guys! Really appreciated. I'm sorry for the posted picture, it was taken with a mobile phone.

I will try to take a few more pics with a better camera throughout the week but you can see some of the corals in this video:

Welcome to the forum and that is an amazing tank!!!

No pics yet, some video instead

Sorry, I've been so busy lately that I haven't taken any pics, instead I made this short video to give you a better idea about what is in the tank.

Things are not stable at the moment and I am not very happy, something is off probably due to some changes I have been made. I stopped adding limewater to the tank, instead I am using a calcium reactor, I took my sulfur reactor off and I am dosing Red Sea NO3PO4-x now, I took the T5's off for two months and now they are back on also for the first time the tank achieved undetectable nitrate levels...

One of my acropora tricolor grew strong during one year but now has some white patches with visible tissue damage and I will have to frag and look for possible flatworms or other causes.

Anyway, here is a short video I made yesterday, hope is not too bad.

Many, many thanks.
