Found a hitchhiker I wasn’t expecting today, unfortunately the tank isn’t very old so it may not survive

If your talking about the coral it looks like a st Thomas mushroom coral which imo is highly desirable and depending on which strain could have cost a couple hundred or more . Feed it and congrats on the bonus !!

Hi everyone,
I’m Raven from England and I’m just returning to marine after 20 odd years away. The tank is very new and it’s diatom time. I’ve gone for a sand substrate, mostly dry rock and added a couple of rocks from someone else’s tank to get me started. Got a pair of clowns and some clean up crew so far and looking forward to watching it all mature

Bubble tip anemone, it’s about the size of a 50 pence coin and so far still looking healthy
