Hello from Italy

hello guys, my name is Cristian and I'm writing from Italy.
I have a 70x60x50 mixed coral reef tank unlimited with ati 10x24w, two tunze 6055 movement, calcium reactor, atb skimmer with psk600 pump.
The reef tank is about 2 years old now has a cyanobacter infestation and algae under it.
I screwed up the peroxido test and the cyans react.
I have read in many forums the use of Sochting Oxydator to combat cyanide and algae, but I have never had an approach to this.
Can I get some advice from you if anyone uses it?
It's safe?

Thanks a lot for your support
Christian

Hi Christian and Welcome! Glad you joined. I'll have to defer to others on Sochting Oxydator to combat cyanide and algae and its safety, as I'm unfamiliar.

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread under Forum > Member Aquariums and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID). GORGEOUS aquarium!! LOVE your photos!! You can just move them over to the other area to start your Build Thread.

This might help you find people local to you in Italy:

This is a good reference book type online article I still review:
