Hi, I guess I'm a little late introducing myself, but hello!
I've been caring for a freshwater tank for about ten years now [mostly bettas and bottomfeeders, right now its an angelfish, cories, and khuli loaches] and I've just recently set up my first saltwater tank.
I'm pretty tight for money so I've got some sea monkeys (brine shrimp) in, and I'm working on planting the tank and establishing the bacteria culture like i have with my freshwater tank. These little dudes sit on my desk so I can watch them, so it is a bit decorative toward my tastes, but as I'm able to put more into them I can hopefully make it more functional and better cycled.
Tank Equipment: 5Gallon tank, Fluval MarineNano light, airstone with topfin pump rated for 30g, 5g heater I am surprised has lasted as long as it has [It was part of my first betta tank setup and has lasted somewhere like 6 years still working well].
