Hello and Welcome to R2R! I too was out of the hobby for many years and got back into it. I change water in the tanks every two weeks and the numbers are all good. We do need to get into a routine for adequate maintenance.

I'm doing my best. Weekly water changes till I get the nitrates down. I'm getting closer and closer.
